Our story

Markets, technology and music

Lökringsen brings together two careers and a long-standing interest in property.

Geir has spent more than twenty-five years building companies and markets. He worked as a consultant and country manager, co-founded Simplay, and led Nordic and later global sales and marketing in biochemistry before turning to blockchain development in 2020. He is also a musician.

Eva is a professional artist and musician. She also works with communications and decentralised finance, and has been part of building digital asset products from the ground up.

Our field of expertise

We tokenize all of our assets. It is the field we work in, and the way we believe property will increasingly be owned.

Tokenization records ownership of an asset as digital tokens on a blockchain, alongside the legal ownership. Geir and Eva are co-founders of a company that builds technology for tokenizing real estate, so this is where our experience lies.
